Daniel Ferrari & Co., P.C., Certified Public Accountants, is a full service accounting and consulting firm located in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. We have been providing services, ranging from individual tax planning & preparation to audits of small businesses, to clients in a geographical area that includes Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia as well as individual clients throughout the United States. A defining aspect of our practice is our personal involvement in each client engagement. We have always made ourselves available for answering questions or providing tax advice to our clients using the most current resources available. A majority of our clients consist of automobile dealerships where we have provided a wide range of services for many years.
Daniel Ferrari & Co., P.C. has been providing services for Motors Holding Division of General Motors Corporation and its dealer companies for over 25 years. We are among the 10 Motors Holding Approved CPA Firms in the United States. Currently, we are providing audit and tax related services to several MHD dealers along with occasional Pre-Investment audit engagements for Motors Holding area branches. We also provide similar services for Marketing Investment Division of DaimlerChrysler Corporation and various private capital automobile dealerships. A large part of our consulting practice centers on automobile dealerships where we can assist clients with business valuations, departmental analysis, and pay plan implementation among other areas. We are associate members of the Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA), the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia (ADAGP), and the New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers (NJCAR).
